A t-shirt design that we could wear to an arts walk that was organized by our school

 

 For this project I had total freedom so I decided to create my own style. When I think about fonts I don't just think of one; i think of multiple. I used a "magazine cutout" as inspiration and pretty much added every font style. I made sure to add colors that worked together and added my school name

OUR TOWN POSTER. 

Size: 11x8.5in

 

Medium: Adobe Illustrator

 

Objective: Create a steampunk poster for a play, "Our town"

 

Process: I wanted to keep this poster simple and 2D while still incorporating interesting elements to it. The colors I selected reflect the rugged, "steampunky" feeling. I added steam, gears, and pipes to further emphasize the theme. As for the elements of the play, I used a ladder, a clock, a heart, a skull, and a silhouette of a town.
