Building on to my last sustained, I continued with the simple typography. Here you can see my emphasis through color get a little stronger. You can also see the variety of texture also come through stronger.

For this project I used a bunch of silhouettes of me and my friends. I then converted the images into a more bitmap sort of style. I continued to build on the idea of being watched. I used red as my main focus of emphasis.

Here its very obvious I start using less type. I focus on the placement of my images and really focusing on the texture and what it portrays to a viewer.

For this project I continued using the same principles of design. I used yellow to show emphasis and using different shades of black to show strong contrast. For the image I used photoshop in order to convert it to a geometric/pixelated photo

In this part of my sustained I continued using photos, I added a complimentary color harmony and added more lines of code. I went heavy on the texture for this one to show the feeling of being "disconnected"

Fourth project for my sustained investigation
For my fourth sustained investigation I went far more abstract. I focused more on the emphasis of my placement while adding much more texture. As you can see I added a photo which will be a common aspect in my following works. Alongside my photo I used grungy textures, code string, and displacement maps to add to the overall weird quote of the piece.

For this project I thought about different aspects of both life and technology, I combined a shape of a brain made through geometric shapes, with anchor points and lines from illustrator which represented the technology aspect of it. I added in a flower to further add texture and add more life aspect to the piece.

In this part of my sustained I continued to use silhouettes of myself alongside more geometric shapes. I actually incorporated a piece of an old design into this design. Using red to emphasis the technology aspect of it while exploring more textures to convey the fading expectations of humans because of the overwhelming use of ai.
